Q’uma is a company engaged in the preparation of organic chocolates, using as its main ingredient the fine flavor cacao of the Peruvian jungle. This variety of cacao is characterized by developing a range of fruity and nutty flavors which with every bite will transport you to its place of origin.
Our chocolate production process begins at the cacao plot. Together with the families of small-scale farmers we take care of each stage of the process in the field and select the best cacao beans to make them into chocolate. We are committed to the Peruvian jungle and the communities that live there, and that is why we promote development through training, ensuring a fair price for work done by farmers and supporting organic and sustainable agriculture.
Q’uma Chocolate has been awarded three gold medals at the International Chocolate Awards.
